The dream of flying started long before I was born. My father Frank Neglio loved planes. His first love was model airplanes. This love soon grew to include general aviation. My dad was a B17 Tail Gunner during World War II. Once out of the service he proceeded to get his pilot’s license, his A&P license, and, then built a plane in his yard in New Jersey! After moving to California he acquired his first Navion in 1967, a plane he flew and maintained as an A&P mechanic up until his death. There are so many memories of that plane from my youth! I have owned a couple of Navions and am so happy to carry on this tradition with my own family.
